Raising children, teenagers and young adults in today’s world can be demanding.  There are all kinds of pressures from society, daily life, friends, work, and family – all while attempting to raise a healthy, responsible, educated and successful child, preteen, teenager and young adult.  I believe All Parents are doing “the best they can”.  What I’ve learned through the 25 years of counseling, coaching and self-empowerment work & being a parent myself, is that there is always “light at the end of the tunnel”.
